sbobet The Barca felt he had to make changes with the Copa del Rey final against Sevilla on tap this weekend. Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde defended his decision to rotate his squad after his side were held to a 2-2 draw at Celta Vigo on Tuesday.

Goals from Ousmane Dembele and Paco Alcacer were cancelled out by Jonny Otto and Iago Aspas, with Barca reduced to 10 men in the second half when Sergi Roberto was sent off. A host of regulars were rested for Barca, with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez among those starting on the bench, as the runaway leaders stretched their unbeaten La Liga run this season to 33 games.

With his side facing Sevilla in the Copa del Rey final on Saturday, Valverde said changes were necessary. "It is true that there were changes. There were players who came from continuous games and I thought it suited us," he said. sbobet

"It is a risk to make so many changes, but in the Copa [against Celta in January] we also made changes. I think we arrived well. "Let's see if we give our people joy on Saturday." Barca were 2-1 up when Roberto, who came off the bench on the hour-mark, saw red in the 71st minute.

Valverde felt the dismissal turned the game, but his side held on to move 12 points clear of second-placed Atletico Madrid. "We don't take it for granted because we always think about winning, but we have to settle for what we have," he said.

"I thought that we were the better side, then came the red card and we had to change things. "Afterwards, we didn't have the capacity to form an attack that would have pushed them back completely, and thus the equaliser came. "It is one more point and now we need two victories to be champions. We would like to get them, but we'll see." sbobet

Bayern Munich table £52m bid for Chelsea and Real Madrid transfer target - report

maxbet Bayern Munich have tabled a €60 million (£52m) bid for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey, according to sources close to ESPN. The Jamaican has been in such impressive form for the Bundesliga outfit so far this season that he has been linked to some of Europe's biggest teams - including Arsenal, Manchester United as well as Barcelona and Chelsea.

However, he delivered a blow to all the teams chasing his signature earlier in the year by insisting he's prepared to stay at the BayArena for the time being as he looks to make his name in Germany. "Leverkusen is perfect for me. I want to develop and then I can take the next step," he said to Bild - as translated by Goal. "When I move to a big club, the people there will want to know me. I want to make a name for myself at the highest level."

Now it would appear that Bayern are willing to take advantage of the 20-year-old's willingness to stay in the Bundesliga. It's understood that they've tabled a €60m (£52m) bid for the winger, but Leverkusen are said to be holding out for a fee closer to the €100m mark and would much prefer to sell the 20-year-old to Real Madrid, who have also expressed a strong interest in signing him this summer. Furthermore, the report claims that Los Blancos have instructed super agent Jose Mendes to explore the possibility of luring the pacy winger to the Santiago Bernabeu. maxbet

Bayern are said to believe Bailey favours a move to the Allianz Arena over the Spanish capital, but they will have to up their offer considerably to meet Leverkusen's demands. Bailey scored 12 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions for Leverkusen this season as he has helped finish fifth in the table after a 12th-placed finish last term. maxbet
